Curious Software have established their reputation in the video, television, and film production industries with their first product, Curious World Maps, a comprehensive map animation package.

Their latest product, Curious gFx, is a professional paint, rotoscoping, effects, compositing, and animation system for creating still images and movies. Designed to run on Macintosh or Window-based workstations, it provides capabilities previously only found on dedicated graphics workstations.

Because Curious gFx is such a general purpose tool it was important to provide a series of carefully developed tutorials demonstrating its use in a series of typical, practical applications. Human-Computer Interface used as their starting point a series of product demonstrations, and developed these into a number of step-by-step tutorials designed to illustrate the key features of the program.

The Getting Started guide was accompanied by a comprehensive reference guide, providing detailed information about every aspect of the program and its applications.
